How it works
Three agents. One flow.
Intake Agent
Identifies what kind of document just arrived and routes it to the right case.
Reader Agent
Extracts donor, executor, gift type, amount or share, named designation, restrictions and dates — with a confidence score and the exact source sentence for every field.
Restriction Agent
Asks one question — does this restriction still work? — matched against our historical entity map, with the evidence chain attached.
How the money reaches the institution
We never touch it. Probate does.
No custody, no fiduciary duty. There are two places we change what happens to the money.
At administration
Whether the gift arrives, when it arrives, and whether it arrives in full.
Across an endowment's life
Faculties merge, programs close, prize terms get rewritten. Gift terms do not. We watch the institution's published changes against every instrument it holds.
Forward
Catch the mismatch before money is misapplied — a loss prevented.
Backward
Find funds already stranded, sometimes for decades, and get them redirected to the closest thing the institution still does — cash unstuck. Nobody re-checks these. We do, across the whole corpus.

One gift administrator is a queue: roughly 1,840 working hours a year against 8–15 hours per restricted file is a hard ceiling of about 120–230 files a year. Past that ceiling, cases don't get done slowly — they don't get done.

- Annual subscription, tiered by instruments monitored — restricted funds, endowments, and outstanding bequest intentions.
- ~$9,000 small college. ~$36,000 large university. $120,000+ largest endowments.
- Plus a fixed fee when we surface an estate the institution had no record of.
